Try AI Rap Video offers a seven-day unconditional refund policy for every credit-pack purchase.

Request a refund

Email support@tryairapvideo.com within seven days of purchase. Include your account email and the order reference shown in your billing history. You do not need to provide a reason.

How refunds work

After the request is verified, we submit the refund through the original payment provider. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and your financial institution. Credits associated with the refunded purchase are revoked, including credits allocated through a gift from that purchase.

Failed generations

A confirmed failed video generation restores the credits reserved for that attempt. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund. If a submission or payment status is still being checked, contact support with its reference before submitting another attempt.

No automatic renewal

All credit packs are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals.
