Pricing questions
Is it free?
Sign in with Google to collect daily check-in credits: 2, 2, 4, 2, 2, 2 and 6 credits across the seven-day reward sequence. Save enough for your chosen video settings, then generate using your balance. The first 2-credit check-in alone is below the minimum 3-credit render. You can also buy a one-time pack, starting at $9.99 for 10 credits.
Am I charged if a render fails?
Credits are reserved when you submit. If generation is confirmed failed, those credits return to your balance. If the provider response is still being checked, review My videos before submitting again; an uncertain response is not yet a confirmed failure.
Do credits expire? Can I get a refund?
Purchased credits do not expire. Every credit-pack purchase has a seven-day unconditional refund policy. Email support@tryairapvideo.com within seven days with your account email and order reference. A cash refund is separate from the credits returned for a confirmed failed generation.
Ready to hear the two of you rap?
Generation time varies with the selected settings and provider demand. Check My videos for progress. When the task finishes, download the MP4 within 14 days.
