Write to support@tryairapvideo.com for account, payment, generation or privacy help. Include the email you use for Google sign-in and a short description of what you were doing. Do not send your password or full card details.
A video is still processing
Open My videos and check the existing task before submitting another one. Send its task reference, the approximate time and your selected settings if you need help. A request awaiting provider confirmation is checked before a new attempt or credit restoration.
A payment or credit balance needs checking
Include the order reference from Billing, the pack you selected and whether the checkout showed a completed payment. A redirect alone does not prove payment. We use the recorded order and provider status to investigate.
Request a refund
Purchased credits do not expire. Every credit-pack purchase has a seven-day unconditional refund policy. Email support@tryairapvideo.com within seven days with your account email and order reference. A cash refund is separate from the credits returned for a confirmed failed generation.
Delete an upload or report misuse
Email from your account address to request deletion of stored photos, videos or your account. Photos otherwise expire after 24 hours and finished videos after 14 days. If someone used your photo without permission, include the relevant page or video link and explain the concern.
Keep your work while retrying
Your browser remembers selected photos for up to 24 hours and keeps your studio settings and chosen pack across sign-in. If account loading fails, use its Retry option before starting another checkout. You can continue through the studio or review credit packs.
